Sarah Sutin, MS, CMPC, CPT

M.S. Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology

Sarah has a Masters in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. She has spent the past several years working extensively with professional, collegiate and youth sports.

Sarah focuses on helping athletes build Mental Performance skills on and off the field. Her goal is to help athletes reach their full potential in sport while maintaining and building mental well-being. She uses several frameworks and modalities to help athletes improve quality of life. Common areas of work are injury prevention, return to sport, stress and time management, athletic identity, decision making, and on field mental skills. With Sarah’s guidance, an athlete with strong mental skills show improvement in player performance on the field as well as positive off field adjustments.

Before completing her Masters, Sarah’s passion for mental performance stemmed from her own experience as a competitive Tennis Player and Professional Flying Trapeze artist. She understands the pressure in both a competitive and performance space, and utilizes that to guide others.
