With 1:1 coaching, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Sarah. You will receive the highest level of support and an individualized approach. We will begin with an intake on your mindset and behavior patterns as well as sport history. If you are motivated to improve and ready to invest, 1:1 mental performance is the approach for you. Mental skills training takes time and dedication. Sarah recommends a minimum of 3 months of work together.
