Mental Performance Consulting

Through 1:1 coaching, you will work directly with Sarah in a highly individualized mental performance program. The process begins with a comprehensive assessment of your mindset, behavioral patterns, performance demands, and athletic background. From there, coaching is tailored to your specific goals, sport, and competitive environment.

This offering is designed for individuals who are committed to growth and prepared to invest in their development. Mental skill acquisition and integration take time, consistency, and deliberate practice; therefore, a minimum three-month engagement is recommended to allow for meaningful and sustainable progress.

Work on self-awareness, coping tools, and mental skills to become a stronger athlete on the field.

Return to sport:

Receive science backed guidance on coping with the unique challenges of dealing with a serious injury or concussion and returning to sport.

Transition out of sport:

Work on building a portfolio of skills aquired through your sport to have the confidence and joy for life outside of sport. Structured guidance on building your life after sport.
